Q: What types of products do you offer?
A: We offer a wide range of personalized lifestyle products, including tech accessories, apparel, home decor, and digital downloads. Some of our popular items include custom AirPods cases, MacBook covers, tote bags, t-shirts, mugs, and wireless chargers.

Q: Are your products made to order?
A: Yes! Each item is made to order using high-quality materials and printing methods to ensure your design looks amazing and lasts.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location, but typically range between 5–12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your country.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Because we make each product individually, changes or cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: We’re committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or offer a refund.

Q: Do you accept personalised and custom order?
A: Sure. We accept personalised and custom orders. Contact Us and make a request for personalised order. We’ll get back to you to ask some details and requirements.

Q: Can you send my order as a gift package?
A: Sorry, we cannot gift-wrap your order as a gift, or include any personalised message.

Q: How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
A: It depends on the date of your orders. Our products are made-to-order. Orders made on business days will be processed in the same day, while orders made on the weekend will be processed in the next business day. All orders typically need up to three business days for printing and packaging before it get ready to be shipped. Delivery typically takes no longer than twelve working days delivery after manifested (not from the date of your order). Please also note that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A:Standard Shipping: On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 1-3 business day after purchase. Standard shipping/ transit times apply (4-7 days for domestic to United statesand 7-14 days for international).

Q: My Tracking Code Can’t Be Tracked. Why?

A: All tracking codes provided may not be immediately traceable. Please allows a few moments for tracking code to be live and traceable.

Q: My Package Never Arrived!

A: It could happen because of several reasons: the destination address is wrong, or the customers didn’t answer phone calls from courier, or the courier cannot reach customer’s address. All undelivered packages will be returned to us. We will contact all customers of undelivered packages to arrange a reshipment.

We recommend customers to fill out phone numbers on purchases. Phone numbers will be used for delivery purposes only. We promise we won’t sell, trade, or using phone numbers for marketing purposes.
