5. Damages
In case your order arrives damaged please do let us know immediately, we will be happy to help you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

7. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pastele.com We can only cancel orders within 1 hour of placement. Order that have already begun processing cannot be canceled.
8. Tracking Number
After ordering a product, you will receive ( 1 to 2 days) a shipping confirmation. To track your order, go to our Order Tracking page and enter your order number. It may take a while update.

Pastele can't be held responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses given by the purchaser. If you give an incorrect address and the package is sent back to us, you will be accountable for any extra shipping fees to have the package sent to the correct address.
